Kate Powers’ genuine love of photography evokes a playful beauty that has earned her a place among the industry’s foremost artists. Raised in Southern California, Kate studied English Literature at UC Berkeley, and began shooting after graduation while publishing a small women’s magazine. Since then Kate has contributed her talent to an array of top brands, bringing to each project a sense of her joy in image-making. Recently Kate has shot video for print clients including the Gap, Target and Gymboree.
