Backstage at Odyn Vovk?s Fall 2010 show, lead hairstylist Amy Farid helped get ready in the venue?s basement ? a dungeon: classic Odyn Vovk style. The designer also collaborated with Black Sheep & Prodigal Sons to add some edgy pieces to the collection. Inspiring the collection Farid explains that, ?the collection is motivated by Abu Dhabi and the whole influx of being this deserted place that became out of nothing, like Las Vegas. They?ve gone there and prospered, lost everything, because of the recession?. The hair trend: Extremely sleek, tight to the head, sharp, layered, and a littler dirty.
