An excerpt from the article: PDN: Are there photographers that you?ve discovered recently that you liked and what appealed to you about their work? JB: Joshua Allen. His work looks very new and fresh. He was new to me and he walked into my office two weeks ago. He?s with Kay Ryan and by looking at his stuff online I naturally assumed he was going to Anthropologie or Urban Outfitters and when he came in he told me he was at David?s Bridal and I couldn?t believe it. His book was awesome. It was great, it was fresh, it was high-end fashion. He had a lot of stuff in his book that was great, very cool lighting. So he came in and was a very cool guy.
